Request for HELP with Firefox (20/1/2010) Arjan (webmaster) A few people have reported problems with Firefox when browsing this site. The site suddenly becomes inaccessible and Page Not Found (404) messages are displayed. The site remains accessible with other browsers. After clearing the cache of Firefox, the problems are resolved. But apparently the problem reoccurs after a while. It may have something to do with this site, but I am not able to reproduce the issue and find a plausible cause. Does anybody have a suggestion what may cause these Firefox cache problems? Sally McNeil gets no response from Arnold (12/11/2009) Friend of Sally Reports from California are disappointing. It seems that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has refrained from replying to Sally McNeil's application for Clemency. Her bid for a prison sentence review was filed some six months ago. Eichenberger, seems unaware of what's happening or unwilling to restrain his men. Stand immediately behind her while she's curling the bar or the dumbbells. Cup your hands gently round her biceps and just await your surreal sensations. She starts to curl the bar, slowly and strictly. Pretty well at once you feel those magic muscles beginning to swell. And very soon, at the half way point, your hands are filled with big bollocks of bicep, stressed and angry. Then at the top of the curl you squeeze the hard cannon ball of the fully roused muscle and you let your testosterone flow into the woman's metabolism. She may jerk and cry. Then I work the palms of my hands up and down their arms. Even with the most average women you will feel contractions of muscle from the back to the biceps in their arms and forearms. A very sexy experience which never fails to get me hard! Most women love to be touched this way! Women build muscle simply by doing their hair. It's a form of exercise we don't even think about. Sally McNeil is in peak muscular condition (20/10/2007) Wessex Man Latest news from jailed strength athlete Sally Mcneil is very positive. She's in superb muscular condition and training ruthlessly. "I have been having good workouts," she writes from her prison in California. "I ran 7-3/4 miles yesterday. After the fourth mile I started to do circuit training -- meaning that I did sets of 10 pull-ups after each mile. I'd jump up on the overhead bar and do a set of 10 pull-ups, then jump down and run another mile."
"I was drenched in salt from sweating. My first four miles were all done in under 9 minutes -- 8.39, 8,45, 8.42 and 8.35. I took one hour and 11 minutes to run 7-3/4 miles plus 30 pull-ups in sets of 10."
Sally's legal team are mounting a Clemency petition which hopefully will win favour with Arnold. She's served over 11 years thus far. If and when she's released her ripe big biceps muscularity will be there for everyone to admire.

Sally McNeil muscles up ahead of potential release (15/4/2008) Wessex Man Jailed strength athlete Sally McNeil, 47, is pushing herself to the limit to muscle up ahead of a possible Clemency ruling. She writes: "I can still do pull-ups like any 18 year old male Marine recruit can do -- 20 pullups easy in the first set, sometimes 25. Lately I've been starting off with 20, then 15s and 10s till I reach 10 sets. That's on a day I'm fresh."

| Sally McNeil sidelined by shoulder surgery (27/4/2008) Wessex Man The latest word from Sally McNeil was unexpected. She's just undergone shoulder surgery at a hospital near Bakersfield, CA, to alleviate an injury sustained some 20 years ago. Sally says the injury came from a blow delivered by her late husband Ray McNeil when they were both serving in the U.S. Marines at Okinawa, Japan.
Now she's back at Valley State Prison for Women near Fresno, CA, and will be recovering over the coming weeks. Righ now her fitness program is restricted to walking rather than running round the track. Pull-ups and press-ups will be impossible till the wound knits thoroughly.

My experience dating older muscular woman... (18/12/2007) vince819 Since my divorce in 1992 I have dated several firm to muscular women, never the thick big steroid user types. I've always been attracted to the lean firm athletic variety. They were all in their forties to mid fifties in age. Why so old? Many older woman workout regularly as part of a quest to stay fit and young. Many attract younger men and are in superior shape compared to their daughters. Without exception all looked sexy in skimpy cocktail dresses. Though their faces depending upon the lighting showed varied signs of age, their bodies could arouse even guys in their twenties or younger. Each of them were very bashful or modest about talking about their physiques. When asked to flex their arms, they would only for a few seconds, with an embarassing little smile. Each posessed perfect rock hard firm oval biceps bulging from smooth skinned slender arms. I enjoyed sex with these women as each had extraordinary stamina, but never lost their femminality. My sexy muscle women dates are all older now. All have lost that sexy muscle tone due to inactivity; as all are married now some for a second or third time. Loose skin now hangs where well toned muscle definition was. So my search goes on for another temporary fix. Hopefully I'll find my ever lasting love!

In fact many of the most extravagantly muscled female bodybuilders are in their 40s and 50s. For instance, Betty Pariso, Robin Parker, Aggi Dulson, Andrulla Blanchette, Laura Binetti, Michelle Brent, Colette Guimond. The list goes on. Among local women, the girls next door, there's also no shortage of cocked biceps and brawny quads-- if you look carefully. Just check out your local aerobics teachers, particularly the ones which give aerobics with weights classes. One of the most elegantly muscled women I ever knew was a 45 year old polyandrist (i.e. she was into several men at any one time) who taught weight training and ran hills many days per week. Diane combined hot glamour -- glitter makeup in the evenings -- with the pronouncd muscles of an 18 year old male gymnast.

Felix, (real name Rebecca Turnbull) is one of them. last year around novemeber i contacted her and she confirmed that she will be coming to melbourne for sessions in january. She said that she is heavily booked out and that i should pay a $100 deposit immediatley to secure a place. I immediately paid her and confirmed a time and date. closer to the date i emailed her to confirm, and she said she had to postpone her trip as there wasn't enough bookings. thats the last i heard from her. i wrote to her a dozen times using both my email address with one of those acknowlegement features. so i know definitely that she received all of my emails. todate she has not had the courtesy to reply. Her silence can only mean that she has no intentions of meeting me nor refunding me the money. so there you go, she is a thief!!!So anyone out there PLEASE beware!!!!!. If she asks for a deposit refuse to pay, as thats the last you'll hear from her. It is my intention to stop her from scamming others....Has anyone else had similar experinces?....I'd like to.
I'm totally hooked on sessions I wish and pray that there will be more quality FBB in this country so that the lousy fraudster could be weeded out.

| this is what i think (12/7/2007) Visitor She finally refunded me the money after about eight months. This was in my opinion after pressure from the WB270 site, which threatend to de-list her. I still maintain the fact that she did try to scam me.I have a lot of reasons for saying that which i'm not going to mention here. She didn't think i would hit back so hard. Guess she thought that i'm a sucker, and after awhile i'll get sick of chasing after the deposit.how wrong she was!!!. Look mate, she does this for a living and she's got to have regular clientele. this does not mean that she is honest. Its my view that she overbooks and does the ones she can and forgets about the rest including the deposits. She must be extremely stupid not to know that a good name and basic customer service skills are more important than the wrestling skills in her profession.

No amateur pictures, but made by professional photographers. Why in earth are these published? They are disgusting- sometimes you not only see some definition of the sacs as Draconis says, but it really looks like plastic sacs, filled with to little saline, dangling somewhere in the breast area. The plastic surgeon should be ashamed of himself. And don't mention the size some these balloons are. Why didn't these women stop when they were looking great. This phenomena looks like anorexia. They have lost any sense of what is beautiful and what is not. They still do not look big enough in their own eyes whilst everyone with a clear mind think they have already gone to far. And this not only refers to their breast implants but also to even more dangerous things they put into their bodies. Oh yeah, I forgot- these low voices, strong jawbones and acne came naturally.
Fortunately, these freaky women are still exceptions. Many ladies look really great and feminine with there muscles. These women train with health life style as a starting point. They can do without breast implants. Look at Mindy O'Brien for example. Gorgeous! An athletic body and big breasts are a contradiction. Or Johanna Dejager, if you like. Even if you decide to take implants, remind that they should be no dissonant to the fit and athletic body. But ladies, you do not need them to look great. And 100% natural - guaranteed.

But these women call the shots because they know they are very rare -- that is as a percentage of the female population. They can be as selective and wilful as they like. You can find them in the gyms, like Gold's, but you don't see them crowding the public beaches and swimming pools. Muscular males are in over-supply -- every community has hunks pumping iron -- but not the bodybuilt lady. She's pure gold and can name her price.

(18/10/2007) former athlete In the 1980s/90s Marilyn Luscombe, a light-boned stunningly muscular bodybuilder, was the unofficial cult leader of the new game of women's bodybuilding in Britain. As well as developing a peerless physique she authored the only sensible manual for females wanting to build real muscularity. But she has simply disappeared. Internet seems to reveal nothing of her activities. And her stamping ground, the Jubilee Hall gym in London's Covent Garden, shows no trace of her. Marilyn was one of the pioneers of flagrant biceps magic, as was her ruggedly muscled heavy-weight colleague Ruth Jordan. Jordan exemplified the rough-hewn look. Luscombe was the sleek panther. You could spot her muscles at 100 yards.

For instance what about her upper arm development over the last few years ? Can Aggi report on her flexed arm growth in terms of muscle inches and sculptural detail over, say, the last 12 months and the last five years ? Have her biceps and triceps got as far as they're going grow or is there another inch or so to go for ? Also can she say how often she trains her arms and for how many sets? Once weekly -- or like Coleman who claims to work his arms for 12 sets twice a week ? Aggi, it would be nice to see your comments.

Thanks for the interest in my progress and especialy my arm development.
In the last 4/5 years i have seen a great improvment in my arms from 15ins they have grown to 16 1/2 ins(competion) and i have realised there is still more to come.
I train in genaral very instictivly so it is difficult to give a clear indication of sets and reps, but i can say that i train all bodyparts twice a week (including bi's and tri's)and split my training into two sessions a day six days a week.
I find i have more productive workouts when i break away from the more stereo type 4 sets per exersise and go with my "how i feel"mode.An example would be :- In my first exersise i can go straight into a heavy set and keep going untill i feel i cant get much more from it,maybe as high as 7 sets.I then change exersise for another super heavy 2 sets,and then change again for maybe 5 hard sets.Or maybe my mood takes me a different way and i choose 6/7 exersises and thrash the life out of them with 2 sets each. Although i fallow my set routine, no one workout is the same this style works very well for me.On the next arm workout i prioritise tricep training to give equal attention and intensity.
I plan over the next 6 months or so to really bring my arms up and i belive i can push them out at least 1/2in or more,But were talking SERIOUS pain here,make no mistake.

Aggi Dulson's extraordinary arm routine is showing on a Turkish site called Vidivodom which runs on Youtube. Here she really must have added at least 1/2-inch to her rugged biceps in recent months. She's shown in off-season fairly pudgy condition so probably the tape measure stretcheS to 17-1/2" plus -- or 17" when she next diets. Her flexed arms have achieved the commanding proportions of the lassical physiques on Mount Olympus (bear in mind she says she lives in Cyprus, part of the old Greek world).

Whereas the youtube clips show her CURLING, not pressing, about that amount of weight. Also her seriously off season condition needs reporting on. She was so ripped and raunchy very recently.
